Year 10 have GCSE mock examinations this week in which they are making Bakewell tarts and Lasagne in three hours.
Everything must be made and presented within the time and they make their pasta, roux sauces and bolognese from scratch alongside shortcrust pastry, sponge and decorative techniques.
We have had some fantastic outcomes from the first group (see below) and good luck to the second group on Friday !
