We are informing you that a pupil of this school was collected today, Wednesday 12 February 2020, by their parents as precautionary measure because relatives returning from a trip abroad are being tested for Coronavirus. The family have taken steps to minimise risk to themselves and the community and we are grateful to them for doing this.

Year 9 Vaccinations

Year 9 Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio (Teenage Booster) and Meningitis Vaccinations will be taking place on Tuesday 11 February and Wednesday 12 February. In addition those year 10 and year 11 pupils that have missed their vaccinations will be offered their vaccinations on Wednesday 12 February.

China Group visit to the GFM cancelled

Due to the travel restrictions currently imposed in China, the planned visit to the GFM has been cancelled by the organisers. Families due to host our visitors have been informed by the organisation. We are grateful to our parents, staff and youngsters for all the hard work that has taken place for this now cancelled visit.
