End of Term Arrangements, Non-Uniform Day

On Thursday 21 December 2017 we will be having a Christmas jumper non-school uniform day. The School will close for pupils at 12.30pm.

Please see below information about the charities that we will collectively be supporting.

Year 7 and Staff

Will be collecting personal hygiene products for Portsmouth Food Bank. Therefore, instead of Year 7’s bringing in a £1 donation we ask that you bring in one of the following items; roll on deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo or shower gel (all brand new and unopened please).

Years 8-11

Will be supporting Age UK by bringing in a minimum donation of £1 which will be collected on the gates as usual. Christmas can be particularly lonely for elderly people so it’s a fantastic opportunity for our pupils to find out more about the work that Age UK do.

Sixth Form

Will be supporting Save the Children and Alzheimer’s Society this year by bringing in a minimum donation of £1 which will be collected in their tutor bases. The Alzheimer’s Society invests in research into dementia care, cause, cure and prevention. Save the Children aim to change the world for children through innovative work on the ground and campaigning for change on key issues.
