We will be having our last non-school uniform day of the academic year on Thursday the 19 July.
This non-school uniform day we will be raising money for Friends of Mulanje Orphans(FOMO).
FOMO is a charity that Bay House School has supported for a number of years. FOMO look after orphaned and vulnerable children in Malawi and their core activities include: health care, education, activities and food security.
To participate in this non-school uniform day please bring in a donation of £1. There will be members of staff on the school gates on Thursday morning to collect your donations.
The School will close for pupils at 12.30 on Thursday 19 July 2018.
The timetable for the last day will be as follows:
- 08.35 Move to tutor bases
- 08.40 – 08.55 Registration – Tutor time
- 09.00 – 10.00 Period 1
- 10.05 – 11.05 Period 2
- 11.05 – 11.30 Extended Break – (Free school lunches can be collected at this time)
- 11.30 – 12.30 Period 3
For pupils in year 7, the new academic year begins on Tuesday 4 September, arriving at 9:00 to spend the morning with their tutors with lessons beginning at 11:20. Lower Sixth will also return to meet their tutor on Tuesday 4 September.
Pupils in years 8 – 11 will return on Wednesday 5 September at 9:00. All year groups will be with tutors for periods one and two before lessons begin for all pupils in years 7 – 11 at 11:20. Year 9 will leave as normal at 14:05.
