Last week pupils took part in Parliament Week. Bay House pupils and students found out more about the role of Parliament and how important democracy is – very timely given the forthcoming election! It’s not just all about Guy Fawkes & Bonfire Night!
Over 1 million people took part over 8,000 organisations and our activities contribute to a whopping 11682 taking place nationally! Our activities included a whole school debate (over 2000 pupils and students!), plasma displays, poster competition, Parliament Party and a Vote on Friday hosted by the Politics Society – PoliSoc.
