We have been informed by Tucasi, the provider of our online lunch payment system, that there is currently an issue for parents attempting to view itemised lunch purchase information.
Due to a recent change in their system it is not currently possible for parents to view individual item purchase information via the online portal or Tucasi app.
Tucasi’s development team are investigating the issue and will be in touch once it is resolved.
