Over 250 people attended Bay House’s Post 16 Careers Evening.
The event was an opportunity for Year 11 students and their parents to speak with over 20 college and apprenticeship providers.
We were joined by guests from local colleges including Bay House and St Vincent Sixth Forms, Havant & South Downs, City of Portsmouth College, Fareham College, Itchen College, Portsmouth UTC and Sparsholt College, together with a representative from Military Mentors.
Apprenticeships have evolved in recent years, becoming an increasingly popular pathway and an alternative route to obtaining a degree. We were also joined by local apprenticeship providers, including First Bus, BAE Systems, the NHS and PETA.
