Dear Parents and Carers,
We are sorry for the ongoing delays with the Chromebook cases. We appreciate this is very frustrating and we want to resolve it as quickly as possible. We have been telephoning the company that is supplying them at least once per week. We have been told they are currently on a ship in Southampton docks, awaiting Customs to clear them.
Today the company has said they are expecting them to arrive next week and will aim to have them delivered to us at the end of next week or the start of the week after. Our aim will be to deliver these to children as quickly as possible.
