Today your child will be bringing home information regarding the Covid -19 Pfizer vaccine together with a consent form.
The Covid-19 Pfizer vaccine will be offered alongside the Flu vaccine on the 13, 14 and 15 October 2021 in school.
Please can you return the consent forms as soon as possible, and by Friday 8 October at the very latest. Pupils should hand their consent forms to their Tutor.
Please be aware that this is only for children aged between 12-16 so any Yr7s who are not 12 years old by 15 October will not be able to receive the vaccine.
