BAE Systems hosted the first-ever Project AI Workshop

BAE Systems just brought the future of AI in project management to The Gosport STEM Centre at Bay House School with the first-ever Project AI Workshop this afternoon!

Sixth Form Students from a wide range of A Level subjects, including Business, IT, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Maritime Studies, Product Design, Graphics, and Science, had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with Degree Level Apprentices and BAE project management professionals.

Through an interactive board game titled “Project: AI,” students delved into the transformative role artificial intelligence plays in project management at BAE Systems. They explored the dynamics of working in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment and discovered the diverse applications of AI across various industries.

Today was very informative and interesting because it gave an insight into a different option after college and what project management actually is,” said Bay House Student Edward Bowen-Thomas.

Jamie Mason added “Today was an extremely interesting and useful experience. It has allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of project management and BAE.”

We feel as if today was very successful in providing the students of Bay House School and Sixth form foundational awareness of Project Management and Artificial Intelligence. We hope this has instilled the inspiration to further pursue a career in Project Management.Grace Pearson and Blake Javed BAE System Degree Apprentices

This prestigious and unique event offered students a valuable head start on their future careers.
